The management team of The Mortgage Gallery offers access to a wealth of experience in finance, management skills, marketing, technology, business management, sales and franchising.

Ryan Dhue – Managing Director
	Ryan was appointed Managing Director in October 2007. He had previously served as General Manager before becoming Executive Director.  In these roles Ryan's focus was on continuing growth of the Western Australia operation. Ryan also serves as the company's representative with the WA chapter of the MFAA.

Kerry Hardingham – Financial Controller
	As Financial Controller Kerry’s responsibilities center around the company’s financial reporting, but also includes overseeing our Electronic Systems Maintenance and Compliance Issues. Kerry joined us in January 2003 having previously filled similar positions at a major WA Settlement Agency and then a leading Perth Legal Firm.

Sara James – Business Development Manager
	As Business Development Manager Sara’s duties involve actively working with our Finance Managers and Business Owners assisting in their professional development and the delivery of our training and business systems.

Rick Spinks - State Manager (VIC/TAS)
	Rick has considerable experience in the consumer finance and sales fields having previously held senior sales positions with both Australian and International companies. His responsibilities cover the appointment and development of our Victoria and Tasmanian members as well as being those states senior contact point for our business partnerships.
